Industry and Educational Experience: Prior to joining Earnhart Hill Louis worked as the Village Engineer for Marble Cliff, Ohio and as a consulting engineer at Burgess & Niple. He began his engineering career at the City of Circleville in 1998. He has served on several Boards, including the local chapter of the American Public Works Association Executive Board (20 yrs.), City Planning and Zoning (9 yrs.), Ohio Public Works Commission, Church Trustee, and PCN.

Industry and Educational Experience: David Fausnaugh has served as the director of Pickaway County Library since 2016. After graduating from Capital University, he began his career at Bexley Public Library and earned his MLIS from Kent State University. Industry and Educational Experience: I have worked in the field of developmental disabilities since I was 14. My experience includes work as a direct support professional, qualified caseworker in an intermediate care facility, camp counselor, service and support administrator, and director of services.
